super cool vibe!
cool vibe great decor comfy room welcome drink
the hotel has a cool vibe i could feel right away. the decor gave me inspiration for my office! the room was comfy and the food was delicious too. a welcome drink was a great touch.
shower water pressure was weak! but, i understand this is an isolated incident and will not detract from my overall experience.

Excellent Stay Near Oriente Station
efficient service welcome drink
The team at the front desk provided efficient service. I received a welcome drink upon arrival (it was a nice touch!). My room was quite clean, with comfortable furnishings. Breakfast offered a decent selection of items.
The soundproofing in the room was not ideal. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor, a bit disruptive.

tasty breakfast friendly staff
The location is near the bus station. It is also close to the train station, so traveling was simple. Breakfast offered many options including pancakes and fruit.

modern interior stylish design pet friendly helpful staff
I really appreciated the hotel's modern interior and its stylish design. it was great that the hotel is pet friendly. They provided a cute towel and bowl for my dog. the staff were very helpful. They always had a smile and were eager to assist me with questions. my room was clean. It was a better experience than some four-star hotels i have been to.
My room was next to the elevator. This was not ideal during a busy weekend, as there was a lot of noise.

the room included an espresso machine plus capsules and tea. the design incorporated black horizontal and vertical iron bars with hooks for clothes. the queen room city view provided a comfortable space.

The hotel has parking spaces. This made arrival and departure very easy. there is a gym available , perfect for workout routines. the location is close to many facilities, giving easy access to various services.

The hotel bar makes a really nice latte. the breakfast had a good range of options. Everyone should find something to enjoy. i noticed that the buffet looked yummy, and had a lot of variety .

train station shopping center blackout curtain
The hotel is a short walk from the train, bus, and metro station. A large shopping center is behind the station. The breakfast buffet had many choices. The room also featured fantastic room darkening curtains with a magnetic strip that attached to the wall, blocking all light (very useful in a corner room).
There was no coffee, kettle, or machine in the room.

handy location modern design stylish design poor glazing noisy room no customer engagement
the hotel location was very handy to the train station and airport. i also found it easy to walk to restaurants. the lobby felt really nice. it had a modern and stylish design.
the hotel is directly on a very busy dual carriageway. i found the rooms noisy because the double glazing is really poor. the staff were pleasant, but they were not really bothering with any proactive customer engagement.
